The Board of Adjustment (BOA) is the body for which all variances are presented, reviewed, and approved. Once the Design Review Board has reviewed an application and has approved the progression to the Board of Adjustment, the BOA will hold a public hearing regarding the variance request. The Board of Adjustment hears the requests at the beginning of the Town meeting. The Board of Adjustment hearings are held when necessary.
Notice and agenda of meetings will be published on this page and on the home page of this website in accordance with the Board's Resolution No. 2020-R-04 designating the public place for posting notices of meetings. Notices may also be posted in the display above the Town mailbox at 5395 Lakeshore and in the Bow Mar Bulletin.
