BMOI – Bow Mar Owners, Inc. – is a voluntary homeowners association, social club, and private corporation owned exclusively by residents of the Town of Bow Mar. BMOI governs the lake, beach, picnic area, marina, boat lockers, and tennis courts. If you wish to use these facilities, you must be a member. BMOI supports numerous social events, sports, and community-wide activities for the benefit of membership.

Covenants
Covenants are a private agreement enforceable by BMOI - Bow Mar Owners, Inc. Covenants are a second layer of rules and regulations working to protect homeowners and ensure the special character of Bow Mar.
