Contractors who work on any project requiring a permit must be licensed to work within Bow Mar which is obtained by submitting a Contractor License Application.
Fee Schedule for Contractor Licensing
General Contractor - $160
Plumbing, Mechanical and Roofing - $100
Electricians – State of Colorado electrical license required
Plumbing, Mechanical and Roofing - $100
Electricians – State of Colorado electrical license required
After July 1st the fee will be cut in half for the remainder of the year.
